However we regret to inform you that the National Research Institute for Cultural Properties, Tokyo has been unable to offer you a place in the workshops due to about a hundred applicants for a very limited number of places.
We might contact you again in case of any cancellation after the deadline of participation confirmation by selected applicants, expected on April 28th. On the other hand, you will not hear from us if there should be no cancellation.

Peccato! Se non verrò nemmeno ripescata, certo non mi abbatterò, anzi riproverò l'anno prossimo.
Nel frattempo mi tengo in allenamento con il workshop di pittura giapponese, tenuto dall'artista Shoko Okumura, presso la Galleria dell'Incisione di Brescia. Ripasserò quanto ho provato su seta lo scorso anno a Berlino, ma stavolta testandolo sul cartoncino Shikishi, In due ore e mezzo dipingeremo un ramo di ciliegio, usando china, acquarello giapponese e Gofun (pigmento bianco ricavato dale conchiglie, simile alla Mika), sperimentando lo sfumato e la tecnica del "Tarashikomi".
Il risultato finale dovrebbe essere il più possibile simile a questo.....
Il condizionale è condizione sine qua non!!!!!
